If yo caRnt get one don't worry have you try lowering the print speed as the first layer does it a lot slower so try lower print speed and see if it works

Yes that's good so it loads fine try lower print speed just to see

Yes as I thought your printing speed is quite fast

This is at 80 speed instead of 100, also at 215c the whole time.

and see if it can print this its just a 20 mm  by 20mm box this may be able to tell us where its going wrong print 215 degress and normal speed thanks

Here is what happened, ran it at 215c and 100 (default) speed using the 0.15mm present and hatchbox filament in prusaslicer.

Failed on the second layer and had a few rough bits on the first.

have you removed nozzle recently

I did yesterday to see if anything was wrong with it along with the ptfe tube, seemed fine. I put it back on per the assembly instructions that I found online.

just make sure its tight and nothing is leaking from around the heat block
