RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
I know my ball I mean steel ball in filament sensor is rattling a bit when filament moves.
RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
This! My clicking is gone! I checked the assembly instructions Step 41 Assembling the Extruder and while there is a comment to do exactly this, it seems not everyone gets the same result. Maybe Prusa can consider revising the instructions to advise the correct amount of tightness.
Now to get rid of the Y axis screeching!
I opened the extruder part where the gears are. Support told me to push housing towards the bigger gear. The screw goes oppisite direction, and the tiny gear get pushed more towards to bigger extruder gear, with no play between it.
Video of no more clicking. Only the bed bearings need some additional lubrication.

Thats the bed right?
RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
Yes - when it's printing layers at a faster rate - the y movement is definitely audible - I think it's a combination of vibrations as well as the bearings on the smooth rods. But honestly, the no clicking is already an immense improvement.
RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
ye, will check mine soon on lubrication.
An pavement tile under the mini helps also alot against the whiny noise.

Can confirm the pavement tile. I finally got over to Lowes and grabbed a 16x16 concrete paver plus rubber paver. Instant noise reduction. Harmonics on the table the printer sits on are also gone--which contributed to the noise.

16x16 inches?
RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
Yes. That was recommended (I forget where I originally saw the idea). The printer fits nicely with space for y-axis travel and the spool sits next to the printer. Smaller would probably work, but it was about $8 for both the concrete and rubber pavers. The size probably was with a MK3 or other larger printer in mind.

Ow man,
My printer was rattling like crazy, but i thought this was caused by something on the x-axis as the noise was produced when the x was moving. So i played alot with tensioning the belt. Nothing helped.
I stumbled on this topic and opened the extruder door. The clicking was there when the wheel was moving.
So i did this trick and gone is the rattling, for the most part.
I can faintly still hear it sometimes. I think i need to reprint this part so make a better fit.
Much more peace and quiet!

Could not edit the post anymore.
I would like to add that i pushed the opposite direction than showed in the picture, so the wheels get closer.

Ye, have been chatting with support several days for several hours. I was happy when i found the problem, because i was getting nuts from that sound. I hear it also sometimes, but like maybe only 1-3 times in a multiple hour print. Only happens when it does verry big strokes and then suddenly retracts or verry short bursts.
My mini working since then verry good. Never had any better printer than this Prusa Mini+. You pay a little more, but you get something good for in return. And Prusa support is SUBLIME. Even if they dont know it, they help you.
If you check the picture, i pushed the gears also closer.
And for noises. I use rubber childeren tile and a bathroom tile. Works so great!

Correction.
Pushing to opposite made the gears grind more.
The push direction in the picture is correct!
Also loading of the filament is now smoothly quiet. Never had that before, it was always grinding like crazy.
RE: Have to be concerned about this clicking noise?
Ye because the gears are good meshed now (teeth on teeth).
RE:
I went a different route now: The MK3 dual gear extruder for the Mini. That one is really silent. No noise from the extruder at all.
Filament sensor inside the extruder is also a nice addition.
