First Layer / Bed Level Issues

Quickly... don't claim to be an expert but have experience with two MK3S machines and several other printers. So not a total newb but I am puzzled on this one.

I picked up a used Prusa Mini+ from someone selling locally. Printer is in good shape and appears to be built well, however I fully admit that I could be missing something in this area.

(Right and Left used as if I was looking at the print being able to read the screen)

The basic issue... First layer wizard I get a beautiful little square patch to the left. When doing a first layer test with squares on the corners and the middle of the bed I get good results on the left but poor results on the right where the nozzle is to far away. The left is perfect, the middle is ok but not as good and the right side of the bed is not good. It's good enough that larger prints complete without issue but when you pull off the square it's all separated strands.

I have followed the https://help.prusa3d.com/article/squaring-your-mini_158518 guide and things look pretty good, but this failed to resolve the issue.  I spent alot of time with the XZ of course trying multiple adjustments, in fact I even purposely over corrected on the XZ axis.  So in this state when the nozzle was all the way to the right it was closer to the bed then when it was all the way to the left and shockingly the SAME issue happened where the left hand side had a really good layer height and the right side was too far away. So I feel like ABL is actually working because it's always identical results but there is obviously something else that impacting me here and I just can't figure it out.

I would appreciate any assistance or direction that can be provided.

RE:

More than happy to take any additional photos... just let me know what might be helpful to see.

This is a picture of quick bed level test I made in slicer, just simple shapes at 0.20mm tall printed at a 0.20 layer height. This is print after completion, apparently the image scaled during upload but should be enough info in the picture. you can kind of see on the left the skirt is more squished then on the right.

Picture after removing the parts from the bed. You can already see here the left looks good but mid and right not so much.

This is the top left square looks pretty good, it's not perfect but it's solid.

These are from the middle and the right side of the bed you can see that middle isn't great and the right is arguably worse.

The next two photos are just proof that the nozzle height is pretty well leveled, basicaly had a printed block and just moving the print head left to right the nozzle height is very close.

RE: First Layer / Bed Level Issues

So although I don't have this problem completely resolved I have reset/adjusted the super PINDA and things are looking better. It really didn't look like it needed to be adjusted much but nonetheless it is better. When I reset the PINDA I did it on the left side of the bed I may try to do it again in the middle and see if it makes a difference.

Still happy to take a look at any other advice others have if you've run into the issues in the past.
