I can confirm, that hard reset helped with the issue. Issue appeared even with 6.0.3 firmware
Just note first layer height, upload firmware and wifi settings to flash stick and in 10 minutes issue is gone.

The latest update from Prusa is
"the upcoming bootloader upgrade should prevent many of these erratic anomalies.
Our developers are rather positive that the new bootloader may prevent this issue among other things. We don't have an estimated time yet but the bootloader upgrade will most likely belong to a major firmware upgrade occurring sometime soon.There may be other 6.0.x small releases but the next major release 6.1 should be on its way and most likely include a bootloader upgrade."
