RE: Filament sensor PTFE tube came off.

Since I'm not sure I have chosen the right settings for printing Karl's great Prusa Mini Gehäuse für Filamentsensor, so that the filament can be transported through correctly and doesn't get stuck: What support  settings should be applied when printing the new housing?

Any hints?

I didn't use any supports and it came out fine. But you can out supports under the opening for the pneumatic connector as in https://media.printables.com/media/prints/62833/images/656019_f48b6ae3-eea2-46de-80eb-0800b9db3ddd/thumbs/inside/1600x1200/jpg/mini_filamentsensor_gehaeuse_pc4.webp

Yes, that's what I did as well, put support on build-plate only.
Still, there seems to be some stuff where the PTFE tube towards the extruder goes it. With what I printed, I can't get it it.

And the pictures are not clear there, as there must be a pathway through it for the filament to go through.

I would recommend the use of supports. These are very easy to remove. When screwing in the fitting, I would heat the thread area slightly (but you don't have to).

not very detailed, but perhaps a help for assembly...

RE: Filament sensor PTFE tube came off.

Here is how mine looks like inside enclosure. Filament fed from outside.

I took original tube and replaced it with 3rd party ptfe tube(I bought bulk)

also replaced other side with transparent PTFE so I can see it better 😛
