Filament Sensor ejects filament at wrong time

I had to disable my filament sensors on four of my minis.

The problem is during print, it stops and ejects the filament. There is always plenty of filament,
not even close to running out. I've had some prints this happens 5-6 times, it's so annoying that I had to
disable them.

Is there a solution for this?

Thank you

I believe I have this same problem and it's really annoying. It started with the most recent firmware update. I have not yet been able to fix it.

Yes, it's so annoying I had to disable this feature and my Mini's have different firmware version from 4.3, 4.3.2., 4.3.3

I have message Prusa Support also, and will post what they say, maybe it will help others.

I'm still learning the machine and software. What's the easiest way to disable the sensor?

Here is reply from Prusa Support:

It is possible that the screw holding the sensor needs to be adjusted slightly, to register filament properly. The assembly steps for the filament sensor can be found in the step 13 of the article bellow.

Please, let me know if this was helpful.
