Filament Breakage
Printer has been fantastic for months. Probably run about 10 spools of filament through it. I get a spool where the filament is tangled and it got stuck half way through a print. I didn't notice until the print stopped.
It wouldn't unload and broke as I tried. I ended up disassembling the feeder to get the filament out. Seemed straight forward. Got it running again and the filament stuck/broke after about 20 minutes. Any suggestions?

Usually it's old filament that breaks, or specialty filament such as metal-filled. If it's just old, drying may cure it. But I've had filament I ended up tossing.
Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...

The thing is, it was working fine until it got twisted and jammed.
