Failed Y and Z axis tests in Selftest

I just put my preassembled Mini+ together and the Y and Z axes failed the Selftest. Any likely reason for this?

All other tests were fine.

Make sure you assembled it correctly and have the parts properly aligned and no screws binding. Also check out https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/selftest-mini_112055.

Given that it's a new system, don't hesitate to go to shop.prusa3d.com, log in to your account and get on the chat with Prusa Support (24 x 7). They can talk you through the troubleshooting but importantly, in case it's an issue with the printer, this way you're documenting your issue for warranty purposes. Support is one thing you've paid the big bucks for.
