Extruder scraps in Filament
Hello, my problem is that with my Prusa mini the extruder digs into the filament every time. The first few meters always go well and then he digs himself in. I've tried everything on the tension screw and nothing has changed. The nozzle and the tube are not clogged either. Both were exchanged and I was able to push PLA through very easily by hand while it was heated. Now, after taking it apart and cleaning it several times, it throws the filament out of the idle at the top. The filament cannot be leagues either, because with my second printer, also a mini, it has no problem with the same filament. Before I wrote this post, I dealt with several colleagues and they are also at a loss. What else can I try ?
RE: Extruder scraps in Filament
Best $30 you'll ever spend on your Mini: Buy a Bondtech dual drive extruder. The Trianglelabs clone is about $30 on AliExpress. Haven't had one issue with filament feeds on my Minis since installing it, and never had to adjust the idler screw.

Tension
You said you tried everything on tension, have you tried really loose setting?
If you disassembled it, is it assembled correctly? No gear or pulley sits the other way around on shaft? Do teeth mesh properly?
