Extruder clicking, PTFE brass bushing ruined, more in post
A few days ago the extruder started clicking via PLA and PETG (type, and different spools, all being weird), and yet cleaning filament goes just fine. (note: I swapped the OG extruder for a Bondtech and been going just fine for the last few months without issue).
Disassembled idler and made sure things look clean from the extruder PoV. No broken tines on the gears, very little dust. Stepped the extruder manually inspecting things.
Next look into a nozzle clog but filament going in comes out straight down from the nozzle when using the normal temps for the different spools I have. All clean in that regard. Pushing by hand originally, and when normal operation via gcode extrusion (still clicking on PLA/PETG). Even moved up in temps. By hand things just flow, using extruder it clicks.
Cleaning filament comes out clean, and when run through the extruder never clicks just like I would expect everything to do.
Just now, doing a calibration print, it started clicking (after reassembly of course) and within 8-10 seconds it pushed the PTFE tube out of the brass bushing.
Thoughts on how to attack this problem and figure out what just went FUBAR? Any help is appreciated; any funny/snarky comments are welcome! 🙂
I have also placed an order for a new PTFE tube with bushings from Prusa and I'm prepared to take everything apart, again, if need be, including going back to the OG extruder. This MINI+ has had only 2 changes: extruder, and hardened nozzle (since day 1) (purchased via Prusa when ordering the MINI+)

Nozzle X - my bad - should have looked at my invoice prior to posting to be accurate.
