Hello!

I've been using my Prusa Printer for over a year now, and have printed many things from it.  However, recently I had a bit of a clog, but after fixing it, it seemed to work fine.  However, recently, I've been getting extrusions that

1) don't stick very well to the print sheet (even completely printed parts start peeling up)

2) extrudes inconsistently (seems to be printing more bead like than the normal tube) and

3) every now and then it makes a clicking noise.

After doing some looking around, I found what I think to be the cause: My extruder gear seems to be a little bit gunked up.  I came to this conclusion as, after unloading the filament, everything that had gone through the gear seemed to have weird marks on the top of the filament.  However, I am unsure if that is truly the reason either, and I'd much rather try the simpler things before going about taking my printer apart.  Any ideas as to what it could be.  Thanks!

Further

I also seem to be under extruding, as when I tried to load my filament, the "Loading to Nozzle" section only made it about 1/3 of the way to the nozzle.  I also seem to be getting some pretty bumpy extrusions

it seems it may be a more complicated issue than I first thought...

Clicking

I started having clicking.   I did a cold pull and found that filament has a bulge.  I loosened the three grub screws holding my heatbreak in and found that it had shift downward 2mm.  I raised it.  No more clicking.
