Clicking sound and filament stuck
Hi, the printer makes clicking sounds (see/hear attached video). The filament gets stuck and stops extruding (or more precisely stops getting out of the nozzle, the extruder does move). The last couple of days I has to unclog the nozzle a few times. I'm use Hatchbox PLA. I tried drying it, and also tried a generic PLA profile and a specific Hatchbox PLA profile. I did get one print to complete without stopping to extrude mid-print. One thing to note is that I just setup octoprint, but I didn't use any plugins. I also tried loosening the idler, I think it was louder when it was tighter, but the clicking are loud regardless.
By the way to unclog I had to take a PTFE tube from both sides and heat the nozzle higher than the normal printing temperature (I heated to 230-240).
Would love to know what the solution could be.

You are looking in the right area, your idler pressure is wrong - it tends to click both if too tight and too loose.
First open the idler and clean out any dust/debris in the bondtech teeth then close the door and, starting from definitely too loose, tighten half a turn at a time until the clicking clears.
Start print - ? clicking - pause print, tighten half a turn, restart print - repeat until working.
Cheerio,

Thank you! I had the same problem, and it's been mostly alleviated now with a more properly tightened idler spring.
