BONDTECH FS Extruder for Prusa Mini Plus

Since the new firmware 5.1.2.

The Prusa mini-LCD menu option setting is missing HW setup, this option was used to adjust value Z axis length (190) and the extruder step and extruder directions (Change value to "Wrong") now no longer on the new LCD menu, without these critical settings the bond Tech extruder is failing to achieve the desire functionalities. In order to go around for now is going to Prusa slicer and add the E415 after G92 and have to be done every time before exporting G-code to the printer not a permanent solution because if the Prusa slicer closed then the original E code it will go back to "0".

Could be possible to enable or add back the HW option so these settings can be accessible in order to make changes with the new and future firmware.

Please any solution to these problems is heavily welcome and appreciated.

Best regards.

I think setting is in the 'Experimental menu' as 'extruder step'.

RE:

Correction on "add the E415 after G92" to add M92 E415 to the start G-code in the slicer before the ; intro line.

And it will save the G-code by making a copy from the default G-code.

Best regards

Hi ssmith,

Well, you definitely push me to check again, and you are correct. The HW function option with there as  "Hardware" and I did not press the push bottom long enough to open these settings. So, all good now.

Thank you for the help and this topic is finally can be closed.

Best regards
