Bed and Inter-layer Adhesion Issues
Recently I have run into issues with bed adhesion on my Prusa mini. At times it fails to adhere to the bed, even when a thin layer of glue is applied. It will begin to peel off the bed about an hour or so into the print. In addition, there is also poor inter-layer adhesion happening, with some visible gaps occurring often and leading to parts that are structurally weak. For slicer options, I have modified the retraction options so that stringing would be reduced and have seen those options work before, but I will list them here in case they are relevant. Retraction on layer change is on and retraction speed was set to 100 mm/s. Does anyone know what the root cause could be?
For the heating levels, I am using PLA at 215 C and the bed is 60 C.
