3amp Fuse Being Blown No Matter What Motors Are Plugged In / Unplugged

Well the title kind of says it all. The 3 Amp fuse keeps blowing, no matter what motors are plugged in / unplugged. As far as my understanding goes, the 3 Amp fuse only powers the stepper motors? I've tested isolating each motor individually and every motor blows the fuse.

I have 40 Prusa i3's and have never had this issue in my 30,000+ hours of runtime, in fact its the first time I've ever had fuses blow period on my Prusa's. I bought the Prusa Mini right when it was announced, I believe I was a pre-order for it, if that helps anyone understand which generation I might have. I've barely even used my Prusa Mini which is weird (a lot of my products I sell don't fit on its build plate :/ ), so little that I left it at my parents house when I went home for the holidays so that I could send my stepdad Star Wars models to print. I don't think it even has 50 days of runtime logged on it yet, which is why I find this so weird. It seems like it might be a motherboard issue.
