Model Errors, Fusion 360 and Slicer holes

Can anyone help me understand why a model that looks fine in Fusion 360, appears like this when sliced and/or printed?

It miraculously prints in mid-air, but still has these holes in final print, and actually in PrusaSlicer, it auto fixes 468 of 896 errors. How does one fix the other errors?

Model in question: Gothic Lantern

I would try, 'Fix with the Netfab'

Right click the model in '3d Editor View', in Prusa slicer windows version

and you should be offered Fix with the netfab in the drop down window
