Marlin firmware - how to migrate a printer configuration from version 2.0.5 to (for example) 2.0.9?
I own 2 original Prusa Printers (one i3 MK2.5S and one Mini) and also a self built printer which is very similar to a i3 MK2S, but I use am Ramps together with an Arduino Mega 2560. I configured a Firmware for this printer about 2 years ago which works really fine and I am very happy with this printer.
Yesterday I visited Marlin web-page and had a look on the newest release (2.0.9) and I had a look on the 2 main configuration files and find out, that they changed a lot (order of elements and so on).
Now my question - which is the best way to migrate the settings from version x to a newer version y? Is there a tool available for that or is best way to fill in again your numbers / parameters?
I never did this before and so there are maybe people her who can give me an advice regarding this.
