How to combine models for multi-material printing?
I've prototyped separate components that I'd now like to combine into a single, multi-color object. I only have a single-material printer, so I'm hoping to use a 3D printing service to make it. The geometry is simple -- a flat box in one color, with some raised decorations on the top in another color. What's the best workflow for this (ideally on Linux)?

You can configure PrusaSlicer as if you had a multimaterial printer, load the object parts, see if it is ok and if it can be sliced the way you want a then just export "project" to 3mf.
