help.prusa3d.com not accessible in Firefox
Hello,
When I try to open any page under help.prusa3d.com that was given me from a web search, I only see a red rotating circle. Firefox won't show that page to me. It works in Brave so I guess it's an incompatibility with the website. It did work before (last tried weeks ago). Could somebody please look into it?
Example URLs:
- https://help.prusa3d.com/de/article/aufmal-stutzen_168584
There are several errors in the browser console so I can't identify one that might be the issue. Browser filters like ad block disabled (but not in Brave where it works).

I'm writing this from Chrome on an old Chromebook laptop, but the computer I use to shop, use, build, Prusa printer stuff like help.prusa3d.com is all Firefox. It's my prime platform for anything I care about online, and trust me - it works for help.prusa3d.com. HOWEVER ....
A lot of web-sites are bad at dealing with cached expired sessions. Which means if you open your browser with cached versions of the site already in a tab, if your session from when that cache was created is expired, instead of redirecting to a login page you're basically waiting as the script behind the scene "panics" as it cannot get the proper response from the site because you're not logged in. Prusa3d.com does this often - even in Chrome. It's not really a browser problem, but how advanced website design is done.
It's VERY easy to fix (or work around) as a user: Open a new tab, go to the main site like https://help.prusa3d.com and login. Once logged in, go back to the tabs that will not load, and they will either update immediately you need to push the refresh. But they will work again.
Or to avoid this, close your tabs so you don't bring up a cached version. Or remove the cache data, which will force the browser to prompt you for a username if you're going to pages that requires this.

RE:
This is a user to user forum. Posting issues here is very low probability of being seen and acted on. You are better off emailing prusa support and waiting for a response, unless you can get access using a different browser and using the support chat function. The support chat is the quickest method.

RE: help.prusa3d.com not accessible in Firefox
Thank you! Logging in on the start page and coming back to the content works for me. Simply reloading the page without the browser cache does not fix it. So I guess it's a major bug in the entire website. I haven't had this before on any other website. Going to e-mail them about it.
