Custom g-code combining M601 with beep...beep...beep
Hey there,
I'm trying to setup a custom g-code for inlaying captured nuts. I want to combine the behaviour of M601 (which I think pauses, moves the bed all the way to front, turns off extruder heater, but maintains bed heat) with the incremental beeping of the colour change (beep...beep...beep) so I know when it's ready.
I'm using the colour change feature itself right now, but less than ideal - it puts the bed all the way to the back, making it hard to put the nuts in, and of course I have to go through removing and reinserting the filament for no reason.
Any help would be awesome!

I think that would need a change to the M601 routine in firmware, however, you could send a Beep command before the M601, using custom Gcode so the printer would beep before parking the print bed...
