Cannot Find Out How To Make Blender Models Solid.. STL Files Always Corrupt Or Don't Slice Properly

I'm using Blender and for the life of me, I could not find a solution to an annoying problem I've been having.

I am a complete rookie 3d modeler. I just got into 3d printing and wanted to make a wall mount for my fpv goggles. The way I went about making a six 1s lipo battery holder was the same way I tried to make this model; I'd use a combination of cubes and cylinders to make my shapes and merge + boolean my way to making my shapes and cuts. This was working great for the battery holder. Now, I'm having massive problems.

Basically, the way I am making this model using the following steps:

-  I make a cylinder, and another one below it to cut it and get a crescent shape.

- Then I make a smaller cylinder coming out from the middle and join that part with the crescent, so now I have the crescent with the round lump of the cylinder sticking out. -

-Everything is fine at this point, but then when I go to punch out a hole in that round part, I see holes in the walls of the newly made hole which makes no sense at all.

I just want my objects to be SOLID, and not have to mess with the mesh and internal geometry of the model, and want Prusa Slicer to just see the external shape of my model and ignore the information inside, since Blender is making my life miserable and the fact that I am a total noob and don't know how to model properly. I tried using the 3d model add-on to clean and make manifold etc. but none of that worked. I saw the issue was mainly from my model becoming hollow after making the boolean cuts in my model, and I don't know how to avoid this. If the object would cut into the other as it looked, then it would be fine, but with the mesh and internal stuff going on it messes everything up.

I included the STL file.

Totally at a dead end here. This was such a simple model but I spent hours trying to solve this issue and be able to get it sliced properly so I can print it and mount my goggles. This set me back since I am supposed to clean the house up before having 100+ guests over and a 15 minute job ruined 5 hours of my night up to now 6:08am in the morning.
