When loosing internet connection the Printer stops and forget the last print
Hi guys,
I have a MK3S+ with Raspberry Pi Zero W and PrusaLink/PrusaConnect running on it. Sometimes, I think when the Printer loose connection it suddenly stops at the exact Point and says "MK3S+ Ready". The menu doesnt show "resume print" or anything. It completely forget the last/actual print. In prusalink/PrusaConnect the state is "Offline. The Printer keeps the same Nozzle and Bed temperature he had, when he was normally printing. Do someone had the same problem?
It would be great after hours of printing, if the Printer would just continue Printing if it looses Internet Connection, because the G-code is uploaded to PrusaConnect and then saved locally to the Printer, so I dont understand why he needs absolutely Connection.
Regards, Rosario
RE: When loosing internet connection the Printer stops and forget the last print
Hi, can you send me the syslog file from PrusaLink? It's in the web interface under settings -> logs. Thanks. Sorry for the lost prints. Usually this was an issue with the raspi shaking in the einsy slot and the printer restarting because of a loose connection, like a cold solder. You can try wiggling it in there and see if the printer resets. If it does, try re-soldering it, or connect it through usb to see if anything changes.
