What do I think of Prusa Connect? Answer: 500 Internal Server Error
Unreliable. Frustrating. Error prone. Just doesn't work.
I have purchased a lot of Prusa products over the years. Something bad seems to be happening inside of Prusa these days. Perhaps the programmers think they are "rock stars" instead of thinking they are programmers?

I have the same. I cannot use the prusa connect system. atm I am using transfering files via SD Card to my MK3S+ machine and with usb sticks to MK4 Machines. All the time I have offline. Or it will log me out then log in. Saying I dont have Permision to view prusa connect.
If there would be a change to host own Prusa Connect system on localhost server. I dont want use Octoprint. But If I must I will change to Octoprint my little farm

The issue is HTTP Error 5xx on my all Prusa Link Machines

Could you guys share any more technical details? Seems like the 2FA status might be useful. Any other relevant info you think might help to find the cause?

The team moved the whole backend between cloud providers. That by itself can create new problems. Sorry for the disruption

When I was using the login was acting weird. It was login and login out and on my 3 printers i had the same error if i remmember it was http error 5xx on two mk4 and on one Mk3s with raspberry
