PrusaLink On Mk3 Questions
Hello,
My dad has a few-year-old Prusa Mk3, and has been using the SD card to transfer prints between his PC and his printer. I'd like to upgrade his printer so he can transfer jobs directly from his slicer to his printer, to make things a bit easier. I like that a Pi Zero 2w can be integrated right into the board, so PrusaLink looks like a good option.
Questions about PrusaLink:
1a. Will using PrusaLink still allow him to start jobs from the printer's control panel?
1b. If so, will the jobs on the control panel be stored on the Pi's microSD card, or the printer's SD card? If the former, can he move jobs between the two SD cards via the web interface?
2. Will he still be able to transfer jobs manually using SD card?
3. Is there a way to disable auth for local PrusaLink connection, or will he have to enter a username/password every time he accesses the web interface?
I would like to ensure that he is still able to print the same way he has in the past, in the event something happens with his wifi. Additionally, I'd like for him to continue to be able to start prints from the control panel in the same way he has, as he has a number of jobs he leaves on the printer that he re-prints frequently.
Thank you

Thank you - doesn't sound like there's a built-in option for it, then. Probably won't go to the length of setting up a proxy server. EDIT: Just found the following post, which would be a workable solution: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/713840/
Anyone know about the remaining questions?
Thank you
