RE: Prusa link or octoprint
a Pi zero might not be a good choice for Octoprint.. the min is generally pi zero 2 .. They are hard to get.. I'd use an Orange Pi Zero 2 with 1GB RAM (not a Pi 2 .. and not Pi Zero) which you can get from AliExpress for about $50US. I love OctoPrint.. works flawlessly .. I have never used Prusa Link.. but if you have a Pi Zero.. that might be the best option.

When the Mk3 was young, Octoprint was barely toddling and the Pi Zero was shiny and new the Zero was plenty for all your on-line printing needs. But Octoprint grew, a lot.
A zero will still, just, run the bare Octoprint as long as some of the heavy lifting is configured to a low level, or better, run an older version; but as soon as you add webcams and similar monitoring the Zero struggles.
The word is that Pi's are slowly bcoming available again as supply chains free up so it's probably worth installing the zero and getting the basics running with the intention of substituting a Zero 2 or other Pi and expanding as they return to the market.
Then repurpose the Zero in another project - Pi hole or robotics or...
Cheerio,
