Prusa Connect not working

Prusa Connect not working

For two days now every time i check with Prusa Connect it says that my printer is off line. The printer is recognized by my internet, Prusa Slicer recognizes the printer, and i can send files to the printer using Prusa Slicer, but Prusa Connect refuses to recognize it. Prusa Connect has worked for the last 4 months with few problems. What can i do to fix the problem.

Hi, sorry about that, we're still solving all the identified problems that are causing printers to show offline..

Still, if you can, please check what the error message in printer network settings -> Prusa Connect -> PrusaLink says

We usually see problema with increasing client distance from the EU. Also multiple nested NATs seem to be behaving weird

Using ethernet might help a little and sometimes just restarting the printer helps too

Thank you for the prompt response. I am getting no error messages from either connect or link. On the printer, under Prusa Connect i am getting "Error Rerfused". I don't think the problem is with NATs. I am on a private, home, internet with just one printer. The problem could be with distance. My time zone is GMT-8. If there is any information i could provide to help with connect development let me know.
