MMU2s support?
Hi, had a Pi ZERO 2 loaded with this for many months (maybe a year), is the MMU2s supported yet?

No, still nothing. I'm still on cameras. Then its stability fixing and stuff, and mmu probably after that. It will print MMU stuff as is, but it won't do anything extra.

To confirm this answer, this will not print anything on a MK3S with an MMU2s for multicolor? (OctoPrint has no issues with this and works as expected).

PrusaLink works fine for printing MMU prints, just does not anything extra with it. You cannot controll the mmu from PrusaLink and you cannot see its state.

I hope so. There has been some weirdness reported. It might crap out during complicated interventions or do an extra unload at the end But it will relay whatever G-Code you give it to the printer, it will not try and prevent you from doing an MMU print
