[Idea] Approbation required for print queue

Maybe this was already discussed, in Prusa connect I would love to have a certain control over what is printed first depending on our production needs.

We are a couple of persons using our printers and also we sometimes have intern that get introduced to 3D printing. We have many users that are using those printers to print prototype for their current development project, but we also have prints to do for our production. Sometimes I wish every print would need to be authorized before proceeding. That way I would be aware if a certain file need to be printed before another ensuring our deadlines are met.

Something like the manager of the group can toggle a production state that make the printers only print from the queue. After that if a user send a g-code to the queue it send a notification to the manager requesting the approval before it actually goes into the queue. Also only give the manager the option of reordering the prints in the queue. That would really pleases the controlling freak part of me 😁

I know I know,  there is still the SD card, but for us this is not a problem since all computer ports are blocked 😈

Maybe this is already in the farm option of prusa connect, if that's the case I need this! This and the beautiful hexagon view of the printers that we lost with the open beta!

Hi, there will be a permission for enqueuing prints, the whole system it's in its planning stages, so nothing just yet. If the feature does not end up being implemented, try pinging us again. Thank you

Can we start multiple printers that have print queues, so that it is faster, rather than going to each printer folder?
