Can't delete a file, when the file won't load

Where they asked for a video of the problem, and then said "not their problem"
I STILL CAN'T DELETE FILES ON THE PRINTER, OR ON THE WEB INTERFACE, when the file is "bad" and won't load.
I would hate to think the company has gotten so big, that any chance of intelligent support has gone out the window???
Where else do I have to post, and then re-post this, so somebody takes ownership and actually fixes it?

Yes, there was a bug in web interface and we was fix it yet. The bug fix will be release in new public release soon.
