Any way to connect S3,SFTP or similar storage?

Any dirty way to make it work? I am not aware of how prusalink code works for fetching storage blocks. Looking for a way to organize print files. The current solution works but there are definitely better ways to tailor it for each user on their own.

It is storing the gcode files under "~/PrusaLink gcodes". I am not aware of any official support for syncing or remote storage at this time. Theoretically you could try mounting some remote filesystem there but that would be risky. It needs quick and reliable random access to the gcode file and any delays would pose a risk of a buffer underrun on the Einsy side and ruining your print.

What you definitely can do and what I have done is using rsync or Syncthing to synchronize the directory with a server and/or other printers. This way PrusaLink always has quick and reliable local access to data and you have the flexibility of syncing and remotely managing your GCodes.

There is an ancient system for mounting. I felt like my colleagues purposely tried and broke it by hardcoding the folder and the sd card into the api. Well the buffering would be an issue, i don't pre-fetch more than four gcodes anyway. So i guess not supporting it is better in the end. 😔
