Where is chat support
Stupid question just got my Mini+ the hotend fan is making a hight pitch tinny scrapping sound. Think I need a replacement but....
How do i find the live chat for support. Im not seeing it on the website.

Go to the eshop.
The small chat box appears in the bottom right of the screen.

Thanks anyway.... it wasn't under the support TAB, I guess they don't want everyone just asking stuff. Im on hold at the moment about 30 mins wait time currently 🙂

Normally doesn't take too long.
Used a few times and always answered in 5 mins or under.

The support heavily influenced my decision to buy the MK3.
I was mulling over the £700 price tag for a few days. Trying to justify it.
Then when you try chat at 9pm for a warranty question (Thinking I'll get an email back message here) and get an answer in 5 min that's a game changer.
