Already printed one. My Mini is up and running. 😁😉

Hey guys,

it is my first posting here. So I ordered my Prusa mini on 18th of october. So I guess i will get it in january or february. BUT: The waiting time was too long so I ordered a MK3S what has already arrived at my home (unfortunately I don't have time to build it at the moment). Anyway, due to the fact that it is my first printer and I don't need two printers at the beginning I could cancel my order now. The other way is to sell it to somebody else. I don't want to put it into ebay to get a lot of money. Maybe someone in this forum?

I come from Germany, Hamburg.

Printers are like rabbits, suddenly they start multiplying ... I mean, they have (rapid) replication in their DNA, right?

To be honest I have exactly these thoughts, it is cheap, that is not the problem. But my wife.... 🤐

Too true.

I have two now, and have been looking for an IDEX next, something like the budget Tenlog TL3 or 6.

The mini will be set for mostly petg or asa prints (will order in about feb or so when the first rushes has settled.)

I am sorry for sounding so cliche when it comes to wives (heh I am a female myself), but what about mounting 0.25 mm nozzle to the printer, dedicating it to wife, and pointing to https://www.etsy.com/market/3d_printed_jewelry ? I am not even sure if your wife is into this at all, but maybe she has some friends or colleagues who would appreciate unique piece of jewelry. It could be a start for increasing Wife Acceptance Factor for your new hobby.

2 is one, one is none- especially when you want to print a broken part...

I'll have '4' printers when the mini gets here, but one is a Printrbot that is out of spare parts.

Have fun with the Mk3S and when you get the mini, join the pain and put an MMU on the MK3.  That way you have two really different machines
