Here is what I got from customer service for those who think like me their order was cancelled
"No, that "back order pending" is an automatic status when the order is still waiting for the payment. However, the system has a way to possibly spot duplicates, so in this case the statuses for those duplicates were changed into "cancelled". But the order you paid for isn't cancelled.
As long the status of an order is "payment accepted", then the order is in preparation"
My order is still in queue in the same place.

Because the Preorders for the Mini started in mid October.

I suspect the majority of people who care enough about their mini shipping to even find that document ordered early on. It's likely just coincidence that the last order time on the document was 29-11-2019 and nobody who's ordered since then has found/updated the document.

I’m kind of annoyed that I got the first notification about the new mini printer on the 14th (EU time). placed an order within hours of getting the email and minutes of reading it and I am three days into the queue. Was there a pre-release of the launch of this or something? I thought I was at the front of the queue and I’m in the middle.

I’m kind of annoyed that I got the first notification about the new mini printer on the 14th (EU time). placed an order within hours of getting the email and minutes of reading it and I am three days into the queue. Was there a pre-release of the launch of this or something? I thought I was at the front of the queue and I’m in the middle.
The Mini announcement was posted in the prusaprinters.org blog on October 12th. There was an email from the Prusa Newsletter about the post that was sent on the 12th. The announcement video was also posted on YouTube on Oct 12th. Plus posts on Facebook and Twitter.

The spreadsheet doesn't show that many orders on it. Surely there's 1000's of orders? I haven't ordered my Mini yet as I'm loathed to fork out all the money and have to wait 4 or 5 months before delivery.

According to this interview (in Czech only) with Josef Prusa, they sold 1200 units in first 24 hours. And to date of the interview, they have almost 7000 orders.

Why are some order numbers ###XX in the spread sheet?

Data Security concerns by the person the entered the information in the spreadsheet.
If you have the order number and can come up with other information about the order, you might be able to have the shipping address or order changed.

You an me both. It was only by chance that I went to the site to see about the MK3S and saw the Mini and ordered on Oct 13th 5PM CST time and turns out to be midnight Prague time so my order is the 1st order on the 14th and my order is somewhere in the middle of the pack
