There were five orders marked as shipped in our spreadsheet yesterday.

One from 10.Dec

One from 29.Dec

Three from 30.Dec

One order was marked as delivered.

MPETS: 4.Jun (steady)

The mini from 10.12.2019 is mine.  According to DPD's tracking, it is said to have been deposited in the shop for pickup. But they can't find the package. Now we have to wait for Tuesday and hope that DPD will deliver the parcel after all. That doesn't make the waiting any easier. What a bummer! Hopefully DPD can sort this out.

Ouch. That's rather unfortunate. I hope they sort it out and you don't lose your package, because even if they reimburse you, you still have to wait till September as new order probably 🙁

I also hope that the package is still found and reaches me. It's probably just an error in DPD's tracking.

However, if the parcel has finally disappeared, I assume that Prusa will send a new printer within a few days as a replacement. The contract is finally concluded (lat. 'Pacta sunt servanda'). I think that Prusa will help accordingly and the famous customer service will take care of it. But let's just hope that DPD will find the parcel 🙂

I think so too. But let's wait till Tuesday, cause I'm still hoping for some tracking error from DPD.

I believe it helps with sound vibration through the table or bench its sitting on.

Ceramic tiles cost a few more $ but have a better finish and less height added.

Took a quite heavy wooden mallet from and old wardrobe and put under it not-eat-able gummy bears. Later switched for similar thing soft gummy things, just a bit lower on height. I did it because I had a feeling the printer sometimes moves to the sides. Never noticed the sound decrease.

Unfortunately also no new messages concerning the parcel with my Prusa Mini from DPD. DPD is now actively searching again and I should wait a few more days.. 🙁

I read about a few people with problems with their Minis.  I wonder how common it really is.

No one has posted specifics outside of jams and underextrusion.  A lot of folks are complaining of jams.  

I have had one since January.  Outside of a poor ability to get it working with octoprint, I love mine.
