RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
@stephensmith
There seems to be some pattern, like whether you ordered black or orange plastic parts, smooth or textured sheet or both, and filament runout sensor. Some of those look like they ran in batches and not every week or so.
BTW is forum starting to show limits with this megathread? Jump to last post and other functions don't work here anymore.

I wish I knew how they were deciding on shipping.. They don't seem to be in any particular order..
Mine was ordered on the 21st.. and still hasn't shipped yet printers a week after mine have..
Yes, but there are also 26 orders before yours that have not shipped. The wind blows both ways.

RE: Unofficial Prusa Mini Wait Thread
After receiving my shipping email on 22/5, I've been hanging on every Fedex notification. Delivery was supposed to be Wednesday 27/5, which was yesterday - so there were some delays. First the shipping label was issued late in the day, so pickup from Prusa didn't occur until next day. But they still said delivery would be Wednesday. Next, on arrival in the US, it was stuck in customs for a day, but didn't require intervention from me. After that they said delivery would be Friday (tomorrow). A little while ago I got notification it is on the truck for delivery today (Thursday). Drama - drama - anticipation! And as I was typing this, Fedex pulled up!

I would say, they have like some people for shipping divided to groups of orders (all orders, not just Minis) . And as soon as one finish all theirs, they take additional orders. That is why some orders are sent sooner as others, as they work parallel and concurrent. And on biweekly meeting they divide orders again to groups (hence Monday/Tuesday new timetable) .

Can I just say that when you're anxiously awaiting a shipping notification seeing an email from Prusa with an update on new printers is the fastest steepest saddest emotional roller coaster?

Just had my shipping email, ordered Dec 29th (almost exactly 5 months ago), spreadsheet updated 😀
@hawwwran, hang in there, soon be your turn.
Delivered to the UK in just under 24 hours after receiving my shipping email !
Mine is orange and includes both sheets, filament sensor and an extra roll of filament (Azure blue). Came with two samples of filament (Galaxy black and purple).
Spreadsheet updated.

The classic black package.
Every time I get something from Prusa, I wonder if my neighbors think it's drugs or adult novelties, or something really embarrassing, like an Ender 3 </joke>

Did you wrap a paver stone with something in white, the one photo?
Not a bad idea.

Exactly !
I used self adhesive glossy paper. It's way better than the simple stone (which looks dirty all the times) but the self adhesive does not stick to the stone material... But I wrapped it multiple times so it's acceptable. But currently I have another idea & plan for the stone base, I will post it when ready.

@adynis
You really do not need all of the weight of paver stone. I used an 18"x18" ceramic tile. It weighs less and raises the printer less.

I didn't want concrete dust in my cabinet, so knocked off all the loose edges off the paver, drowned it in sealer and applied a hammered bronze filler paint. A few coats of spray PlastiDip works as well. Some of the finishes available at the hardware store are quite attractive.
