Thermal RUNAWAY detection for Bed faulty

Hi,

today I wanted to print something with Orange Prusament. Because the .stl have many overhangs and bridges I spin up the cooler to 70% in the slice.

Everything else is default in the slicer.

After the third Layer, when the cooler starts, the RUNAWAY detection hits in. The Bed slowly goes down from 90 to 87 °C and then stops. When the Cooler runs slow, this issue does not appear. Is not cold in the Room (20 °C)

I already did a PID tuning for the BED, but same resault. What happend? How can I adjust the setting?

RE: Thermal RUNAWAY detection for Bed faulty

We had this problem with a mini. Intermittent at first (12 hours into a print) next print is fine. Problems got more frequent. Contacted support and found that while watching the machine print, you could see the bed temp fluctuating. Further inspection showed that pre-heating the machine and moving the cable for the print bed would cause the issue. With a faulty temp sensor identified a replacement was sent very quickly.

Send a message on the support chat, they are really helpful.
