So about  fortnight ago my Mini's X axis started to play up.  The printhead was getting more and more restricted in its ability to move and finally it just stopped moving. (The printer has been in use every day since New Year with on average 5 hours print time daily)  So on to the support chat I went and I have to say it was a very nice experience. It ended up I had to RMA the X axis.

I got the replacement part on Thursday. I say replacement instead of the just X-axis assembly I got a full x/z axis plus electronics.   My printer was one of the early pre-order ones so I had most of the pre-order issues of poor or non existent retraction, loose print head screws, miss adjusted PINDA. So a new X/Z axis assy did make me fear hours of screwing around to get then damn thing working properly. But no, apart from a screw up on my part putting it back together (was excited and in a hurry that is my excuse). Every thing worked just dandy requiring only a minor adjust on Pinda probe height which was to be expected, the printer is now printing like a champion

So to all the Prusa support folks that helped me including the person who got UPS to change the delivery address on the day before delivery. Cheers and a have a beer on me.
