@harryp
I use the Add Media button. It lets you upload from your local machine.

I (on a Mac) just drag the image to the posting (the place where you edit this text) and the it automatically adds it

The problems are really getting annoying. I tried uploading a video, didn't really work. Now shit bugs out if you klick the attachment, hangs the whole tab lol.

I know these issues are annoying, but I do think Prusa may be quietly working on the forums. Until recently, editing on mobile was a nightmare. If you tried inserting or correcting text, it would start gobbling up surrounding text. I had to watch every character. Now it seems to be working smoothly. Hopefully, they working down a list based on severity.

Not on my machine. I get the same "Source" input box with no option to browse.

Not on my machine (Win 10, Chrome) instead it opens up the picture in the browser window, and leaves the forum site.
I can live without it, I was just curious. Looks like it might be a recent bug. Like the "51 years" for latest post on some of the topics.

I get maybe 1-2 correct links per day. Most are base URLs that for some reason still direct to the Czech forum. This pattern has been going on for some time.

i also received only dead links with email. annoying, kind of.
would be glad that would work with correct links to threads like on github. hope soon...
RE: Welcome to our new forum! Feedback here!
Here's another thing. About an hour ago when riding back from lunch I borrowed a co-worker's netbook and used his in-car wifi and tried to log in.
I know my password was good. It kept saying that the CAPTCHA was bad, but no CAPTCHA ever appeared. (You know, those "select every picture that has a motorscooter" things.) When I got back I just logged in as normal.
WTF?

That's what it's supposed to do. In fact, the last alert I got for this thread had the correct link to the last posted message.

This afternoon, a few minutes ago, when I got back to the computer, I found myself logged out of this forum.
I clicked Login and the browser re-entered my credentials. Nope, invalid credentials. I manually re-entered my password and it worked.

Been there, done that and have the T-Shirt 🙂
while logging in invalid capcha is also a great way to piss me off (while no capcha was shown)

I daresay that the link issue in email notifications appears to be fixed.

OK since I can not find any way to post other than to rudely jump in where I can, sorry but here goes.I just installed the new prusa slicer 2.3 and I was building a custom printer in configuration. Well in Printer settings, under the Machine settings tab, it ask for a bunch of settings that are figured in MM/S2. I have no idea what these numbers are. ALL of the data I have been working with up until this second was figured in MM/S. So what is going on? how do I set up a printer when No one has any of the numbers your slicer is asking for. Back to simplify3d. Life with Prusa would be so much easier if anyone used documentation of any kind to explain any of this stuff. Especially if you are the only ones useing it. What are these mm/s2 values and where do we get them to plug them in. I spend more time trying to find useless data than I do useing the slicer as it is just too confusing. If you don't have a prusa machine its pointless. I get excited thinking there is this great improvement and it turns into a dissapointing reality that it is even more confusing instead of easier to install a new printer into prusa slicer. No new Creality machines and a bunch of deltas. No core xy. Lots of new stuff but I can't use it because I can't put the parameters for my new machine in because prusa redefined the data its now figured in mm/s2 instead of mm/s which makes no sense as usual. I am upset and starting to rant. This sucks, can someone please take a year or two and explain wht I am trying to find so I can do this simple thing turned nightmare for no apparent reason.
