Suitable flex filament

I am looking for a very firm filament for a project I am working on. In needs to be a flex filament for impact reasons, but one that is quite firm. Last TPU I used was far too soft and a dog to print. Any thoughts on a suitable filament greatly appreciated.

Look up "Shore Hardness", decide where on the scale your needs will be met then search for a filament offering that value.  Manufacturers offer a wide range.   Bear in mind that the measurements are taken on a solid sample, eg., 100% fill but that you might get many of the toughness advantages with several exterior layers while gaining flexibility by using a lower fill level.

Cheerio,

Thanks for that, I didn’t know that the scale existed. I am looking at around the 75A area. I will check what is on Amazon UK.

RE: Suitable flex filament

I've been recently printing some jaw covers for a lathe chuck for my woodworking father using CoexFlex TPE 40D and I printed one in their TPU 60A. Overall it's printing incredibly well on my MINI+. Though it appears you are in the UK vs US so I don't know how much that helps you.
