Stacking Issue

Hi all.

I'm running into a strange issue when following a guide stack a print.

Im testing on just a flat block for now.

when i stack these i add the original height on the z to the halved value on the Z that shows on the first print.

this provides a gap and i add 0.4 as suggested on the guide.

when i add an enforcer cylinder and make it small when placed between the two objects, it isnt being recognised when i use support layers only on the supports.

if i reduce the gap by .2 it works fine and i seemingly dont need an enforcer cylinder to make it work???

pictures to try and show

RE: Stacking Issue

No idea what you're trying to accomplish. Maybe explain a bit what the desired outcome it. Also,  if you upload your project as a 3mf file, you're likely to get better advice grounded. A 3mf file contains your STL but most importantly also ALL your settings.

In PrusaSlicer, go to File/Save project as, to create the 3mf file. Zip-compress it to turn it into a .zip file (right-click Compress on Mac and Win11, right-click Send to/Compress on Win 10). Attach the zipped file to a post on this forum using Attach file below the text edit box. It has to be a zip file, or the inane forum software will silently reject it.
