Same 3mf, same filament - broken print

All of a sudden, my Mini started printing in a weird way. Same conditions, same filament, same 3mf file and the model comes out too light, fragile and eventually broken.

The only thing I changed was an experiment with Input Shaper, but I generated. Anew 3mf file for that. That's when the problems started. But it's been going on ever since I came back the the original file 🙁

I feel desperate, can somebody help please?

RE: Same 3mf, same filament - broken print

Looks like underextrusion due to low temp or a clog/binding. It looks very consistent.

Does printing with the original .gcode of the good model still result in a good print, or is it doing the same thing as with input shaper?

If it's still doing the same thing even on the original .gcode, then you should turn the attention to the hardware:

  • Nozzle
  • Bowden tube
  • Extruder gears
  • Thermistor wiring
