Printing the same files for years, now sudden issue pops up

Hello everyone,

I'm coming here because I'm at my wits end.

I've been printing the same files for years (for my side business) on my Prusa Mini+ without issues. For the past few weeks I've been having a weird issue that I blamed on some extrusion problem, however after working on it it doesn't seem to be the issue.
My printer is 3 years old.
What was done on the printer since I got it new: I didn't change much on it, just switched the OEM heatbreak for the Trianglelab titanium alloy one year in and it's been working great for the past two years. Everything else is OEM. I changed the thermistor and heat cartridge five months ago as I had heat creep issue that was resolved after the repair.
What I tried to do after encountering this new issue: tested different filament, files, changed nozzle, changed print head PTFE tube, cleaned everything.

See the following pictures of the issue I'm encountering:

File I've been printing for years.

Test print after changing nozzle and print head PTFE tube.

So yeah, I'm lost. I don't know what else I can do. Any suggestions? The weird lines go all around the print. They also appear completely randomly on the print, not at a specific layer.

Thank you for your help.

Wasn't there just a firmware update.? Did you install it?  Can you revert to the previous version and see if it fixes it?
