Nozzle striking?

So I finally got my printer to stop jamming, basically I made sure the PTFE in the heat break was slightly longer than it should be. Problem solved! However, I am curious about a slightly less serious issue. When I start larger prints, that is when they take up a decent portion of the build plate (X,Y), I am noticing that my nozzle is dragging across the print, almost as if my Z steps are off or something. It isn't fatal, as in my prints still come out okay, but I am worried it will slowly cause damage to something. I have the latest firmware (4.0.5) on my printer and the latest Prusa Slicer. I would try Cura but I haven't seen a good profile for the mini. Is the profile wrong in Prusa Slicer?

RE: Nozzle striking?

You have to re-adjust the PINDA probe. Use a zip tie to gauge the gap between the PINDA and the bed  while the Nozzle is just touching the bed.

RE: Nozzle striking?

Does it happen in certain corner or side of print? My first thought was whether X axis is parallel to bed. I know MBL should compensate for some of that, but ...

RE: Nozzle striking?

It is not the PINDA as I have done a recalibration of the machine. I wish it was as easy as one corner but it covers the entire area.
