Melted Heat bed cord

Hello,  I received my Prusa mini  about a month ago.  I have been printing successfully since assembling it.  Today, after doing a successful print, it would not heat up.  I looked at the bed and noticed the heat cable looked odd and it’s melted!

I've emailed info@prusa 2 days ago and no reply yet.  Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, how long before replacements parts are sent?  Is there another way to get in touch with support?

The best way to get in touch with support is through chat, in the down-right corner on prusa shop. Turn off Adblock if you have it.

The reason for the meltdown is not enough contact, here, a not enough tighten screw could be the cause
