Looks like some new R8 parts are out
How quickly do they get them to the production line. My mini is about 2 weeks away from shipping is it likely to have the R8 parts in it?

Dang there are new revisions? You are right, Z bottom, X end and Display.

I am not able to answer your question, I do not know at which phase of manufacturing they put plastic parts in. Did you order a kit or assembled one? It is possible they don't have big storage of printed parts and you will get new.

I ordered the assembled one. SO I guess its hard to say. In few weeks I will know.
At least they do print the R# on the part so it will be easy to spot 🙂
