Layer's high change during the printing

Hi printers,

I'm new here it's my first post.
I'm just starting with 3D printing and I'm not sure about what is going on.

The first layers are ok and after some times they are starting to not stick together and to be distant.
When I bend the object or push on a side the layers are easily separated and I can break it.
I've made some qualibration a couple of times but after some printings the issue comes back.

What should I do to fix this issue?
Let me know if you need more pictures or precisions.

Thank you very much

It looks like your nozzle is clogged or some plastic accumulated inside your heatbreak.  Try to follow the steps in the guide benji posted. Also perform a cold pull if you see any plastic residue inside your heatbreak. ( https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/cold-pull-mini_126399 )

Underextrusion. Slowing down the print might help here, it did for me when I had this problem.

However, the root cause lies inside the heartbreak. Try rebuilding the hotend: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/clicking-extruder-under-extrusion-and-clogging-mini_112011

Check to make sure the PTFE tube is the right length, you might need to replace it with the spare. From what I have seen, this problem will return, perhaps it might manifest as a different symptom. I THINK I have finally mitigated this problem by replacing my heartbreak with the Bondtech one.

Is it all the way around your print? Or only one one or two sides?
