High flow (CHT) nozzle good for everyone?
I got hardened CHT nozzles for my 2 MINIs and they work decently well.
However... I can't shake the feeling that the print quality was better back then (= standard brass nozzle, no input shaper)
The ramming/tip-forming procedure obviously does not produce those perfect tips. Sometimes, the extruder drive wheel skips a notch when the filament is rammed into the nozzle. Thes depends mainly on the filament but it happens also to Prusament type filaments.
Are there any drawbacks to CHT type high flow nozzles?
When Speed isn't that important, should one even consider using a high flow nozzle since everything on the Prusa MINI is dialed for a standard nozzle?
