first layer calibration using Prusament PETG Carbon Fiber

Hi all,

Just wondering; There's no LOAD FILAMENT option for PETG Carbon Fiber (which requires higher temps than normal PETG). I can of course select another filament that comes close to the temp requirements for PETG CF, but that doesn't mean all other possible settings are optimized for a good first layer calibration.

Any advise here?

greetz, Marc

Build in first layer calibration with this printer is a joke, use one for mk3 from printables and scale it to mini or go with honeycomb storage (in my opinion the best option for calibration), for loading/unloading you can manual set temperature in options and it will work good enough, alternatively its easy to add filament profile to firmware 😉

mini+ [bondtech dual drive, revo, reprinted with PA11-CF and ASA] lives in photo tent.
mk4 upgraded to S with mmu3 and gpio (with some parts reprinted) lives in prusa enclosure.
Voron 0 ldo kit with dragon burner and…
