Fillamentum PLA printing problem

My Prusa Mini is printing around the clock, mostly PLA from several vendors with no problem

Lately, I purchased from Prusa 2 Fillamentum PLA rolls. Both failed where other PLA vendors print well. 

Take a look at the attached pic for a good and failed prints of same model.

Here is the process as I see it:

1- When the fillament is loaded, the purge looks just fine. 

2- The Printer goes through the bed probing process as usual

3- When the printer starts with the print, it looks like purging is not going well enough - material is barely being printed

4- If I increase the temperature from 215 to 220 (or 223), more material starts to go out, but not enough.

Any idea?

One theory I have: during the bed calibration, the temp goes down to 170, which cause some material to be fixed and stuck, preventing from more material to be pushed out. Yet this is not occurring with other PLAs (from several vendors). 

Is there a way to skip the bed calibration process?

I had similar behaviour with Eryone PLA. The first layer calibration line looked perfect; the purge line looked normal, but when printing, the filament would come out unevenly (and sometimes not at all).

It turned out that - for that particular filament - I needed to adjust the idler screw tension. Might be worth looking at this help article: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/idler-screw-tension_177367#mini

That is a good idea, mainly because I already tried  it 🙂

The result was the same.

However, I am not sure if I tried it well: how do I know how much to adjust? and which direction? (I would assume tighter, right? )

This screw was always a magic for me: no idea how to measure, except for the guide stating: "should be about flush with the plastic, when the filament is not loaded."

Hi, After some time without use, the PLA filament is breaking at the printer's filament inlet. It is common? The filament I'm using is SnapMaker. What I can tell you is that after being purged and the filament reinserted, the printer operates normally until it remains unused for a few days.

It is a new out of the box filament, and being held inside a drier. The problem is not specific to a specific filament.

My apologies, I should have been more specific:  That reply was intended for @nestor-felippe ...

I have Filamentum PLA printing on the XL right now.  I don't see your problem but I do have to print white and pastel colours about 5°C hotter.
