What is the source model? What is the filament material, settings used?
If this is a calibration cube then that may be a partial nozzle clog, slipping gears on the extruder causing uneven extrusion, very low quality filament with uneven diameter ( also causing uneven extrusions), wobbly print head ( uneven extrusions) ....

@_kaszpir_ has a point...
I suspect your belt tension needs attention - but first dry the filament, run the built-in first layer Z offset calibration and show us the resulting print *on the print sheet* then print you cube again with the dry filament and show us the result.
